Have any concerns related to our hosting services? You can get in touch with our technical support team at any time for expert support and assistance. If we are still not able to get your issues resolved and want to cancel your hosting package, you can easily request a refund from us.

Our Refund Policy for Hosting Accounts

  • If you are not satisfied with our hosting service, you can cancel it within the first 30 days of the purchase. A prorated refund upon request will be given based on the hosting plan that you have purchased.
  • Under no circumstances can the refund exceed the amount you already paid for the service. Refunds may take up to 10 days from the time the refund is requested for processing.
  • After 30 days, no refunds will be offered.

Once you request a refund, your plan will be cancelled immediately. If you have mistakenly requested a refund, you can reverse it immediately by getting in touch. We will be available 24/7 to assist you with all your concerns.
